Course “Anti-cellulite massage: Body shaping technique” in Prague

The training is conducted in Czech/Ukrainian/Russian/English.

In this massage course, we will show you the technique of anti-cellulite massage and elements of lymphatic drainage, and help you master it.

  • You will gain essential theoretical knowledge: you will learn what cellulite is and how to combat it, the principles of anti-cellulite massage, and the basics of the lymphatic system.
  • The main focus of the course is on the practical part: preparation of workplaces, selection of massage tools, demonstration of the “Body shaping” technique, detailed analysis of each movement, its optimal number and sequence to achieve maximum effect.
  • Special emphasis is placed on deep work with problem areas: thighs, buttocks, abdomen, and upper arms.
  • You will learn to create an optimal anti-cellulite treatment program for clients, taking into account their condition and needs.
  • The course lecturer will provide feedback, check the correct mastery of skills, share case studies from practice, and answer all your questions.
  • Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of advanced training and recommendations for further work with clients.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for successful massage techniques in combating cellulite, improving skin quality, and cleansing the body of toxins and impurities.

He specializes in sports, therapeutic, and relaxation massages, as well as anti-cellulite body correction techniques. He approaches both clients and students in a friendly way, with full commitment during training. He considers the most important goal to be the improvement of the client’s physical and mental health, which he also teaches his students during the courses.
